Novalyn L. Winfield is a bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of New Jersey.

Education

Judge Winfield received her B.A. from the College of Saint Elizabeth, her M.A. from Seton Hall University and her J.D. from New York Law School.[1] [2]

Legal career

Winfield was Assistant United States Trustee for the Districts of Delaware and New Jersey, and prior to that, was associated with the firm Corwin & Solomon in New York. [1]

Memberships

She is a member of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations, The National Association of Women Judges and the American Bankruptcy Institute, and a frequent lecturer for ICLE.[1]
