Oregon judicial system
The structure of the Oregon judicial system is laid out in Article VII of the Oregon Constitution. There are three main state level courts: Oregon Supreme Court, the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon circuit courts, and various other Courts of limited jurisdiction. The District of Oregon and the District of Oregon Bankruptcy Court have jurisdiction over federal matters in Oregon.
