Otis Sterling III is a judge on the Superior Court of Riverside County in California. He was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown in December 2011 to a term that expires in 2014.

Sterling received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from its School of Law.

Career

Sterling served as a supervising district attorney in the Riverside County District Attorney's Office from 2002 to 2011. Before that, he served as a public defender in the Salt Lake City Legal Defender's Association from 1998 to 2002.
