Robert Benham is a judge for the Shelby County Probate Court in the Thirtieth Judicial District of Tennessee. He has served in this position since 1997. In 2006, he was re-elected without opposition to his current term, which ends in 2014.[1][2]

Education

Benham received his undergraduate and law degrees from Vanderbilt University in 1961 and 1963.[3]

Legal career

Benham spent his pre-judicial career as a private practice attorney, working in that position from 1965 until 1998.[3][4]
