Timothy Garcia is a judge on the New Mexico Court of Appeals. He was appointed to this position by Governor Richardson on November 12, 2008. [1]

Legal career
Judge Garcia worked as an attorney for various law firms in Santa Fe until his election to the 1st Judicial District in 2002. He worked as a District Judge until his appointment to the Court of Appeals. [1]
