V. Michael Whelan is a judge on the Second Circuit in Cecil County, Maryland. He was re-elected on November 2, 2010 to a 15 year term on this court, ending in 2025.[1][2]

2010 election

Whelan won the Democratic and Republican primaries, so was re-elected with 98.88% of the vote in the general election.[3][4][5]
