The Virginia 25th Judicial District is a District Court in Virginia. The court has jurisdiction overs cases, such as, traffic violations, misdemeanors, and civil claims between $4,500 and $15,000.[1]
There are ten courts within the 25th District: Alleghany District Court, Bath District Court, Botetourt District Court, Buena Vista District Court, Craig District Court, Highland District Court, Lexington/Rockbridge District Court, Staunton District Court and Waynesboro District Court.
