W. Frank Brown, III is a chancellor for the Hamilton County Chancery Court in the Eleventh Judicial District of Tennessee. He has served in this position since 1998. In 2006, he was re-elected without opposition to this current term, which ends in 2014.[1][2][3]

Education

Brown received his undergraduate degree from Randolph-Macon College in 1967 and his law degree from Tulane University in 1970.[1]

Legal career

Brown worked as a private practice lawyer with various law firms for 28 years prior to becoming a Chancellor in 1998. He was an associate with Gaither, Abernathy & Wilson, an associate and partner with Scruggs, Seal & Alt, and a partner with Breazeale & Brown.[1]
