Education
Bray was born in Mansfield, LA on September 13, 1945. He received his B.S. degree (in Mechanical Engineering) and M.A. degree (in English) from Louisiana Tech University in 1967 and 1969, respectively. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a teacher at Ebarb High School (1968-69) and an English instructor at Florida Junior College (1969-71). He then received his J.D. degree from the University of Florida School of Law in 1973.[1][2]
Legal career
Bray is a former partner of the law firm of Allgood, McPherson, Stewart, Bray & Misemer, where he specialized in criminal, civil and family law. He was appointed to the Circuit Court in 1983.[1]
