The Washington judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on August 17, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010.


Supreme Court

The Washington Supreme Court is made up of a Chief Justice and eight Justices. Justices are elected to the Supreme Court for six-year terms and they must retire at the age of 75.

Three of the Washington Supreme Court justices were up for re-election in 2010.
